Why we started Trivion

Most small businesses in Sydney know their IT needs attention, but finding the right help can be frustrating. The options often feel too narrow: a one-off repair person, an enterprise MSP with enterprise pricing, or a freelancer who is hard to reach after the first invoice.

We started Trivion because we saw the gap. Small businesses need a team that understands IT infrastructure, modern tools like Microsoft 365 and AI, and the reality of running a small operation with limited time and budget. That is exactly what we do.
