Straight answers about pricing, how we work, support and security. If it is not covered here, just ask.
Getting started
If you're using WhatsApp for work, personal emails, or shared drives nobody can find anything in, you need help.
We look at your current setup, identify what's costing you time, and give honest advice with no obligation.
Most projects begin within a week of signing.
No. Just be ready to describe your current setup and what frustrates you.
Pricing and payments
Callouts have a flat fee of $80-100 that covers travel and the first 30 minutes on-site. After that, time is billed at an hourly rate we agree on before work starts. For residential jobs, payment is on the day.
Not for projects. Websites, Microsoft 365 setups, automation - everything is quoted as a fixed price before any work begins. Hourly billing rewards slow work and makes you hesitant to ask questions; a fixed price means you know exactly what it costs and our incentive is to do the job properly the first time. The only hourly component is callout work beyond the first 30 minutes.
Your price does not change. With a fixed-price quote, the risk of underestimating the work sits with us, not you. If you ask for something outside the original scope, we quote it separately and agree on it before doing the extra work - never afterwards.
Projects are split into milestones: 50% deposit, 30% at demo, and 20% at handover.
Yes. All prices are inclusive of GST.
No. We do everything from an $80 callout to a $12,000 digital transformation.
Working with us
Not at all. We explain everything in plain English and avoid jargon. Most of our clients are business owners, not IT people - our job is to make the technology understandable, not to make it sound complicated.
Directly with the two founders. Sarvesh manages your project and communication, and Ranjal builds the solutions. No account managers, no helpdesk queues, no ticket numbers.
Both. We come on-site when hands-on work is needed or when a face-to-face conversation is simply easier, and work remotely when that gets the job done faster. Whichever makes sense for the job.
All of metro Sydney. And for anything that does not need an on-site visit - websites, Microsoft 365, automation, dashboards - location is no barrier at all.
Yes. We're happy to collaborate or take over depending on what you need.
You get weekly email updates, and you can call or message us anytime during business hours.
We include revision rounds in every project and won't close a job until you're satisfied.
