We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, ABN, IT system credentials (collected securely for service delivery only), payment information (processed through secure third-party providers), technical information about your IT environment, and communication records such as emails and support tickets.
We collect information directly from you when you contact us, submit an enquiry form, or engage our services. We may also collect information from your IT systems during service delivery with your authorisation, through our website contact form, and through third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Airtasker, or Oneflare.
We use your information to deliver the IT services you have engaged us for, to communicate with you about your project or support requests, to send invoices and process payments, to improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations. We will not use your information for direct marketing without your consent. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Personal information is stored in secure cloud systems with encryption at rest and in transit. IT credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager and deleted after project completion unless you are on a managed support plan. We use multi-factor authentication on all business accounts.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with cloud service providers and payment processors to deliver our services, professional advisors as required, and government authorities if required by law. We take reasonable steps to ensure third-party providers comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Project records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. IT credentials are deleted within 14 days of project completion or agreement termination.
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us at privacy@trivion.com.au. We will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
